The Human Resources Division administers the department’s personnel program in accordance with the Mississippi Variable Compensation Plan. The division guides the central divisions and districts in announcements of employment opportunities and recruitment efforts. Promotions, demotions, transfers, reclassifications, and other job status changes are processed through the division to ensure compliance with applicable employment law.
